Our padded shaper hangers are made of propylene with chrome swivel hooks and are padded using acid-free, museum-quality materials including polyethylene padding and 100% polyester, needlepunched batting. Our hangers are double-wrapped in 100% cotton stockinette (natural color) OR in your choice of colors (polyester stockinette.)

1. What's the difference between Shaper Hangers and Wood Hangers?
Both styles are safe for long-term preservation but there are a few differences:
Shaper hangers have a longer neck - perfect for collars and high necklines.
Shaper hangers have a contoured silhouette and are great for displays
Wood hangers are best for wide necklines
2. What size hanger do I need?
Lie the garment flat, then measure from one shoulder seam to the other. Then select the hanger that is slightly larger than the measurement. For example, if the distance between seams is 16", select a 17" hanger.
3. My garment is heavy. Are Hangerbee hangers strong enough?
Yes! We have sold thousands of hangers for more than a decade and we have yet to hear about a hanger breaking. We source our supplies with this in mind.
4. How are they made?
Each Hangerbee hanger is padded by hand. Therefore, no hanger will be exactly alike and there may be small imperfections. Hangerbee strives to create a stable, affordable and streamlined product that you can trust.
